Jeffrey Cornell asserts error in the trial court's refusal to suppress marijuana found in a search of his person after a traffic stop. Cornell argues that the officer's seizure of a soft baggie of marijuana was invalid because a protective pat-down permits seizure only of weapons or of hard objects that could be weapons.
