Appellant, Ronald R. Tracy, appeals his conviction of third-degree sexual abuse in violation of Iowa Code section 709.4(2)(c)(1) (1991). On application by appellant our court remanded for the purpose of making a record on the issue of ineffective assistance of defense counsel.
