Edwin Fullerton was found guilty by a jury of lewd conduct with a minor. I.C. § 18-1508. He appeals from the judgment of the district court imposing a unified sentence of fifteen years in the custody of the Board of Correction, with a minimum period of confinement of five years. Fullerton argues on appeal that his sentence is unreasonable. He also asserts that the district court abused its discretion in denying his motion under I.C.R. 35 for reduction...
