On January 23, 1991, Margarito Nunez pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute approximately 1,000 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and attempt to distribute 500 grams of a mixture containing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
