This is a disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Committee on Legal Ethics of the West Virginia State Bar against John R. Mitchell, a member of the Bar. Because Mr. Mitchell neglected two legal matters entrusted to him when he failed to carry out two contracts of employment, the Committee recommended that this Court suspend Mr. Mitchell's license to practice law in this State for a period of sixty (60) days and require him to pay the costs of the...
