This action was instituted by plaintiff, Donald M. Edgell, to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Defendant, Mark D. Leighty, counter-claimed for property damage. A jury assessed the plaintiff's fault at 35% and the defendant's fault at 65%.
