PARKER, Judge.

John Thomas Bellikka appeals from convictions for third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. He argues that the initial stop of his vehicle was not supported by reasonable, articulable suspicion, and therefore evidence obtained as a result of the stop should have been suppressed. He also contends the trial court abused discretion by admitting physical evidence for which a chain of custody had not been sufficiently established...
