After a jury trial, defendant, Larry Stevens, was convicted of criminal sexual assault, unlawful restraint, and intimidation. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, pars. 12-13(a)(1), 10-3(a), 12-6(a)(1).) Defendant was sentenced to concurrently serve ten years' imprisonment for the criminal sexual assault, five years' imprisonment for the intimidation, and three years' imprisonment for the unlawful restraint.
