In March, 1990, a jury found Raymond Allen Roles guilty of rape, I.C. § 18-6101, -6107; first degree kidnapping, I.C. § 18-4501, -4502; aggravated assault, I.C. § 18-901(b), -905(b); and one count of forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object, I.C. § 18-6608.
