Ramon Caba and Juan Valdez appeal from judgments of conviction entered after a seven-day jury trial before Dominick L. DiCarlo, J., sitting by designation in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, for conspiring to distribute and to possess with the intent to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin. Caba and Valdez were sentenced, respectively, to 151 months and 121 months in prison. Each was also sentenced...
