LATTIMORE, Justice.

This is an appeal by Calvin Scott who was convicted of the offense of burglary of a habitation. TRX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 30.02 (Vernon 1989). After finding the enhancement paragraph to be true, the jury assessed punishment at sixty years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
