The insured, Learfield Communications, Inc. (Learfield) appeals from the judgment for Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. (Hartford), arguing two points: 1) the trial court erred in finding the insurance policy unambiguous as to coverage for damage to property in transit, and, 2) the trial court erroneously allowed Hartford to add a defense to Learfield's claim after trial.
