Kevin Skiver appeals from his conviction at a jury trial of the crime of rape, for which he was sentenced as a habitual offender to a term of twenty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction, that the trial judge erred in not recusing, and that the trial court erred in allowing the complaining witness to testify as to the effect the rape had upon her. We affirm.
