The appellant, Jessie Jackson, was charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property. The trial judge, sitting as the finder of fact, found appellant guilty and sentenced him to a term of twenty years in the Department of Correction on each count, to run concurrently. For reversal, appellant argues that ownership of the property was not proven as alleged in the information, and therefore that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction...
