WISDOM, Circuit Judge.

The petitioner/appellant filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus raising allegations of error by the state trial court, prosecutorial misconduct, and ineffective assistance of counsel. The district court dismissed the petition with prejudice. We affirm the judgment of the district court with respect to all of the petitioner's allegations except for the allegation of ineffective assistance of counsel at a resentencing hearing.
