This case comes before the Court on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss portions of Plaintiff's complaint. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b). Plaintiff, a former employee of Defendant Davis Memorial Goodwill, brought this action against Goodwill and several officers and supervisors at Goodwill.
