In this appeal, defendant Norman Allen Martin challenges his conviction and sentence in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Martin argues that there was insufficient evidence to convict him of violating 18 U.S.C. § 111 and that the imposition of cumulative sentences under 18 U.S.C. §§ 111 and 924(c)(1) violates the Fifth Amendment's double jeopardy clause.
