Mother, a Washington resident, sought child support from father, an Oregon resident, for the parties' two children, under the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (RURESA). ORS 110.005 et seq. The petition for support was heard in Clatsop County Circuit Court.
