Plaintiff Union has brought suit alleging that defendant has breached the collective bargaining agreement between the parties by refusing to arbitrate the grievances filed by two union members. The plaintiff seeks an order from the Court compelling the defendant to submit to arbitration. Defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment averring that plaintiff's suit is untimely because it was filed more than six (6)...
