Halverson, brought this action against his former wife, Bettie Halverson, for discovery of assets and breach of contract in connection with certain assets allegedly due the estate which were covered by the terms of a property settlement agreement executed in Missouri by John and Bettie Halverson as part of the 1985 dissolution of their marriage...
