This appeal concerns the sufficiency of an appeal bond filed by an employer pursuant to section 19(f)(2) of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act (the Act) (Ill.Rev. Stat.1985, ch. 48, par. 138.19(f)(2)). The five-member Appellate Court Industrial Commission Division, in a unanimous opinion, dismissed the appeal of Deichmueller Construction Company,
