This is an action in which an unpaid subcontractor has appealed from a judgment which dissolved its mechanic's lien as being improperly perfected against the owner.

Main Street Realty, Inc., owner of the Belknap Building in Louisville, Kentucky, engaged Coleman Building Corporation, as the general contractor, to renovate its building. Coleman, which is not a party in this Court, entered into a subcontract with Middletown Engineering Company...
