Plaintiff, Martin Maske, appeals the decision of the circuit court of Kane County which affirmed the decision of defendant the Kane County Officers Electoral Board (Electoral Board), denying Maske's petition for nomination and certification of candidacy, thereby precluding the placement of his name on the November 3, 1992, general election ballot. For the following reasons, we affirm.
