THIS CAUSE has come before the Court sua sponte upon the filing of the plaintiffs' complaint.

The plaintiffs allege that this Court has jurisdiction over this action because of the diverse citizenship of the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. However, after a careful examination of the plaintiffs' complaint, see Cabalceta v. Standard Fruit Co., 883 F.2d 1553
