JENNINGS, Judge.

Terry Stevens was charged by information with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. The State also alleged that he had at least four prior felony convictions and was subject to extended imprisonment as an habitual offender under Ark.Code Ann. 5-4-501 (1987). The jury found Stevens guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and he was sentenced by the court to ten years imprisonment...
