After a jury trial in Champaign County, defendant, William J. DeRossett, was found guilty of criminal trespass to real property. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 38, par. 21-3(a).) He was sentenced to 30 days' imprisonment in the Champaign County correctional center.
