Appellant, Louise Cronin, individually and doing business as Barefoot Farms, appeals a jury finding of breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, fraud, and negligence in her business dealings with Jack L. Bacon, appellee. The trial court granted Cronin's motion to disregard the jury findings and judgment n.o.v. in part.1 The trial court entered judgment for $28,979.25, plus $2,000.00 additional damages...
