The appellant in this criminal case appeals from his conviction of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for which he was sentenced to five years in the Arkansas Department of Correction and a fine of $5,000. His sole point for reversal is that the court erred in refusing to dismiss the charges against him based on a violation of the speedy trial act.
