Samuel D. Butler, Jr., appeals from the order of the United States Court of Veterans Appeals, 1 Vet.App. 617 (April 5, 1991), dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, his appeal from the decision by the Board of Veterans' Appeals denying his claim for service connected injuries. We affirm.
