GOLDEN, Justice.

In this consolidated matter, Kenneth Olivas a/k/a Kenneth Rudolph was convicted of felony theft of services under Wyo.Stat. § 6-3-408(a)(i) (1988). As a result, the court revoked the probation he was serving based on a prior conviction. Appellant contends that he was denied the opportunity to present his defense to the felony theft of services charge because the trial court did not allow him to call the assistant district attorney as a defense...
