OPINION ON STATE'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

PER CURIAM.

Appellants were charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. V.T.C.A.,

Penal Code, § 71.02. A single indictment alleged that,

... on or about the 3rd day of September, A.D. 1986, and continuing until on or about the 12th day of September, A.D. 1986 ... with the intent to establish, maintain and participate in a combination...
