This appeal arises from the Black Hawk County Juvenile Court's decision affirming the juvenile court referee's order terminating a mother and father's parental rights to their two children. The father has appealed the judgment. The mother, having acquiesced to the termination of her parental rights, has joined with the State and the guardian ad litem as an appellee on appeal.
