The appellant, Frank Lee Franklin, was convicted of rape and sentenced, as an habitual offender, to 300 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. On appeal, he argues the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction and that the sentence imposed was excessive, given the evidence in the case. We disagree with both contentions and affirm.
