OPINION AND ORDER

McNAMEE, District Judge.

This appeal arises from the Bankruptcy Court's order awarding one-half of the proceeds from the sale of a condominium in Hawaii to Appellant Callejo, and remitting the other half of the proceeds to the Trustee of Mr. and Mrs. Janis' estate. Callejo appeals from the Bankruptcy Courts's Memorandum Decision and Order dated January 4, 1991, 125 B.R. 274
