Creel against the Washington Parish Fair Association (WPFA), its insurer, Alliance Insurance Company (Alliance) and Carrol Jackson1, producer of the WPFA rodeo held during October of 1983. Mrs. Creel attended the WPFA rodeo on October 22, 1983, and was injured when a rodeo competitor was thrown from the horse he was riding during a saddle bronco riding...
