This case is before us on a writ of certiorari to the court of appeals to review a decision in favor of Regional Sales Agency ("RSA") and against Roland W. Reichert. The trial court found that Reichert had breached a noncompetition clause in his employment agreement with RSA. The court awarded RSA approximately $800 in damages and $7,500 in attorney fees.
