Toliver challenges his sentences of thirty years for robbery,1 (after serving twenty years, the balance to be suspended and appellant to be placed on probation for five years) and a consecutive sentence of five years of probation for unlawful possession of a controlled substance,2 which were imposed after the trial court found he was an habitual felony offender.3
