By this appeal defendant Scott Thompson, a juvenile, seeks to vacate the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) on a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) (1983).
