We reject defendant's contention that the prison sentences he received were harsh and excessive. The terms of imprisonment of 1 to 3 years imposed for each of the crimes to which defendant pleaded guilty were well within the statutory guidelines (see, Penal Law § 70.00 [2], [3]) and defendant was permitted to enter his plea in full satisfaction of a four-count indictment and a second 40-count indictment.
