KAPLAN, Justice.

Saleha Bakali appeals from a summary judgment denying her petition for bill of review and awarding her former husband attorney's fees. In four points of error, wife contends that (1) the underlying divorce decree is void and subject to collateral attack, (2) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment, and (3) the trial court erred in awarding attorney's fees to husband.
