Lavoie d/b/a Daisy Laundry (Lavoies) sued Safecare Health Services, Inc. d/b/a Lander Valley Regional Medical Center and Pine Ridge Hospital (Safecare) for damages for Safecare's alleged breach of an oral contract under which Lavoies would clean Safecare's laundry for three years.
