PICKARD, Judge.

Following an altercation at a wedding in Carlsbad, defendant threw a "Molotov cocktail" into a home occupied by twelve people who had been at the wedding. This single act served as the basis for fifteen charges against defendant, consisting of twelve counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count each of arson, dangerous use of explosives, and possession of explosives.
