Defendant Myra Smith Vincent and her sister Mattie Smith were charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of the other offenses named in the indictment. Defendant's sister pled guilty to all charges. Defendant was tried before a jury and acquitted of aggravated assault and armed robbery but convicted of kidnapping and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony. She appeals...
