THOMAS, Justice.

A jury convicted Steve Jakarta Branch of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in an amount less than twenty-eight grams. The trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, at thirty years' confinement and a $600 fine.
