LEVINE, Justice.

Troy Eugene Heintze appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of one count of theft by "unauthorized conduct" and three counts of theft by deception. We affirm.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdicts, the evidence established that during the summer of 1990, Heintze, who was employed as a car salesman, and his girlfriend, Kim Dufault, became interested in purchasing a 1986 Chevrolet Camaro...
