On July 22, 1987, Willie Williams, Kenneth Dilosa, and Robert Marks were each charged with one count of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. They were arraigned on July 30th and all pled not guilty. On May 18, 1988, the first day of trial, Marks withdrew his prior plea and pled guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced Marks to serve five years at hard labor, but the court suspended the execution of the sentence and placed Marks on five...
