First Interstate Bank of Texas (Bank) and Claude Dale appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of Summa Medical Corporation, a New Mexico Corporation (Summa New Mexico), and its subsidiary, S.B.F.I., Inc.1 Appellees filed suit against Bank for negligence and negligent misrepresentation and against Dale for conspiracy.
