Now before the court are three additional pretrial motions filed by defendant Jeffrey Erickson ("defendant"). Specifically, defendant filed a motion in limine, a motion to quash search warrant and suppress evidence illegally seized, and a motion to sever Count One of the superseding indictment from the remaining counts.
