The State has appealed from the judgment of the district court which reduced defendant's sentence of imprisonment to 15 months from its sentence of 5 years imposed as the result of a mandate of this court in State v. Foral, 236 Neb. 597, 462 N.W.2d 626 (1990)(Foral I). We again reverse, and remand with directions to the trial court to impose a sentence of imprisonment...
