BARAJAS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the offense of attempted capital murder. Trial was by jury. Upon a finding of guilty, the jury assessed punishment, as enhanced, at life imprisonment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
